Long term care pharmacy represents the core on which Geritom was founded

For over two decades Geritom has been a leader in serving home and community based care waiver programs including brain injury (BI), community alternative care (CAC), community alternatives for disabled individuals (CADI), developmental disabilities (DD), and elderly waiver (EW). Geritom also serves the mental health and complex assisted living markets. We work together to plan, customize, and implement specific programs for each customer.

These programs include custom medication packaging options, flexible delivery schedules, pharmacist based clinical services, medical records, medical supply integration, and education programs.
