Clozapine and Phlebotomy
Geritom is proud to announce the addition of Clozapine and Phlebotomy services to our Clinical Pharmacy Program. Clozapine is a prescription medication indicated for treatment resistant schizophrenia. Regular blood tests measuring neutrophil levels are required to take Clozapine. These blood draws are performed by a Phlebotomist either weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly as determined by Prescriber. Geritom’s full time Phlebotomists are eligible to visit each clozapine consumer’s residence to perform the blood draws and make the process more convenient.
Please contact Alex Greene for additional information if you have eligible consumers and are interested in signing up. Alex will complete an intake and introduce you to our full time Phlebotomists as well as review details about the program. Alex Greene can be contacted directly at 952-562-8058 or via email at Alex.Greene@geritommedical.com.
For clinical or medication-related questions, please contact one of our pharmacists at 952-854-1190.
For scheduling of blood draws, please contact Geritom’s Phlebotomists:
