Our pharmacists are trained and certified to properly oversee HIV/AIDS medications and therapies along with providing medication management services to ensure optimal outcomes.

We develop a customized program for each patient and work with each and every doctor to ensure proper continuum of care. We do comprehensive medication reviews and ongoing MTM that minimizes duplicate therapies, potential adverse events, and drug interactions. We also use Mosio technology to maximize adherence rates, provide real time monitoring, and text based communications between the patient, the caregiver, and the pharmacy.

Once you begin your medication program with Geritom our specially trained pharmacist will review your medications with you and your doctors. They will stay involved to ensure medication adherence and patient safety. Your medications will be delivered directly to you, along with any medical supply needs you may have.
